Sara Ali Khan and Tiger Shroff to star in Baaghi 3? Read to know more

Sara Ali Khan has emerged as a true blue star with her performance in her debut film Kedarnath, with audience and critics loving her on screen and off screen too.
And while it has been only a week that her first film released, Sara is now caught up with the promotions of her next film, a Rohit Shetty directorial, Simmba. Sara will star opposite Ranveer Singh in the film.
But while we are excited to see her again on the silver screen for a second time, rumour mills had it that the actress has signed her third film.
Yes, rumour mills had it that Sara Ali Khan will be featuring in Baaghi 3. According to reports, the Tiger Shroff starrer hit franchise was reportedly going to begin work on the third installment, with Sara replacing Disha Patani in the upcoming.
However, Sara Ali Khan has denied all the rumours. Speaking to the press during the promotions of Simmba, the actress confirmed that she is not a part of Baaghi 3.
“No, those rumours are not true,” she said.
While we are glad that we would still get to see Tiger and Disha on screen together, it would be amazing to see Sara opposite the Student of the Year 2 actor.

Six die in Andheri hospital fire : Mumbai

Fire and smoke injures patients, their visitors too at ESIC Kamgar Hospital
At least six people, including a 5-month-old baby, died and 157 were injured after a major fire broke out at the state-run ESIC Kamgar hospital in Andheri East on Monday. One of the victims crashed to the ground and died as she jumped from the fourth floor to escape the blaze.

The fire started on the first floor around 3.30 pm and soon spread to the upper floors of the five-storey building. According to the fire brigade, more than 200 people were inside the hospital at the time.

The exact reason for the mishap could not be immediately ascertained, though an electrical short-circuit is believed to triggered the blaze. The fire engulfed the air-conditioning system and generated a lot of smoke, leaving scores of people gasping for breath.

Prabhat Rahangdale, chief fire officer of the Mumbai Fire Brigade, said many of those trapped were rescued from a common terrace of an under-construction new block of the hospital building. Rahangdale added that the fire was brought under control by 7.20 pm and completely put off by 8 pm.

Fire brigade officials said that for over 40 years, the old hospital building was being run with a provisional fire no-objection certificate and was still awaiting a final NOC from the fire department.

Prashant Sapkale, assistant commissioner of K East ward said that the area falls under the MIDC and all permissions from commencement certificate to fire NOC is given by the MIDC authority.

Hello Everyone. Thanks for showing interest in blog. My blog has been tried to cover all the areas of NEWS but it is not possible so my prime focus is to provide latest update in technology & Health tips.

For today, I brought a latest NEWS in aspect of you digital data which you share in Internet-As per scientist study.

Your complete digital life - including data from your social media accounts, banking and credit card details -- can be sold by cyber criminals for less than US $50.

While many of us have heard of cyber crimes such as data and identity theft, it seems that relatively few know the value of the information stolen from us. Scientists from the Kaspersky Lab found that while our identity may not be worth a lot in terms of dollars, it is a significant asset to criminals in other ways.

The research uncovered an appetite among cyber criminals for data stolen from popular services - including via social media accounts and remote access to gaming websites. Data stolen due to people's lax security may have limited resale value, but can be put to many uses.

Kaspersky Lab investigated 'Dark Web' markets to find out how much personal data is worth, and how it is used by criminals. The dark web, also referred to as the darknet, is an encrypted portion of the internet that is not indexed by search engines.

The researchers found that criminals can sell someone's complete digital life for less than US $50; including data from stolen social media accounts, banking details, remote access to servers or desktops, and even data from popular services like Uber, Netflix, and Spotify, as well as gaming websites, dating apps, and porn websites which might store credit card information.

Some criminals selling data even provide their buyers with a lifetime warranty, so if one account stops working, the buyer will receive a new account for free.

"It is clear that data hacking is a major threat to us all, and this applies at both an individual and societal level, because stolen data funds many social evils," said David Jacoby, Senior Security Researcher at Kaspersky Lab.

There are steps we can take to prevent it, including by using cybersecurity software, and being aware of how much data we are giving away for free - particularly on publicly available social media profiles, or to organisations.

To avoid one data leak harming all your digital identities, never use the same password for several websites or services, researchers said.

No objection to Rafale deal: Supreme Court dismisses PILs

Rafale deal verdict: Supreme Court said we are satisfied that there is no occasion to doubt the process of signing the Rafale jet deal.

No objection to Rafale deal: Supreme Court dismisses PILs

The Supreme Court said today that it found nothing wrong with a deal the Narendra Modi government signed with France to purchase 36 Rafale fighter jets. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said that it had studied the matter "extensively" and that it was "satisfied that there is no occasion to doubt the process [of signing the Rafale deal]."

What the Supreme Court said

The ruling today came on four petitions that had asked the Supreme Court to set up a court-monitored probe into the signing of the Rafale deal. The petitions had alleged that the Modi government not only overpaid for the Rafale jets but also promoted crony capitalism.
The Supreme Court however said that the Rafale deal process was perfectly fine and dismissed all PILs that demanded a court-monitored probe into the Rafale deal. The Supreme Court also said it was not its job to examine the pricing of the Rafale jets. (The government had previosuly said that the pricing details could not be made public due to national security concerns).
"Our country cannot afford to be underprepared," the court also said today, referring to the Indian Air Force being short on the number of aircraft it must have.
"Perception of individuals cannot be the basis of roving inquiry by the court," the Supreme Court also said, adding that it had "no objection to any part of of the deal".
The Supreme Court ruling today comes as a boost for the Narendra Modi government, which the Opposition has attempted to corner on the Rafale deal issue.
THE RAFALE CONTROVERSY
No objection to Rafale deal: Supreme Court dismisses PILs
At the core of the opposition to the Rafale deal were charges that the Modi government had knowingly overpaid for the Rafale fighter jets and that it had promoted crony capitalism.
The Rafale deal originally took shape under the Manmohan Singh-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government's second term. That deal was to buy 126 Rafale jets, which are manufactured by French aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation.
Under the UPA deal, 18 Rafale jets were to be bought off-the-shelf or in a 'flyaway' condition while the rest were to be manufactured in India by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
However, the Modi government, when it came to power, junked the UPA-era deal and signed an inter-governmental agreement with France to purchase 36 Rafale jets in a 'flyaway' condition.
The government's deal also mandated that Dassault make investments in India by tying up with Indian companies. One of those companies chose by Dassault was Anil Ambani's Reliance Defence.
The Congress party has alleged that the Modi government's Rafale deal is more expensive than the UPA's and that Reliance Defence was chosen as an offset partner under pressure from the Indian government.
The government has rejected all the allegations.

Facebook could have traded users’ data for its benefit, without their consent

Facebook could have traded users’ data for its benefit, without their consent

Hello Guys, Again I Garima Singh, welcome all of guys in my blog "Indian News Hunt" and hope you like my blog.

As I already published an Article under the topic "Here's all you need to know about Facebook's confidential Email disclosed by UK parliament" regarding the breach of  Privacy Agreement by giant partner Facebook and start trading the user's data with their benefit with other social media partner.

The plaintiff, a defunct app-developer, suit against Facebook, had claimed that the social media giant has been trading users’ data secretly and selectively in exchange for advertising purchases or other concessions, impacting businesses that couldn’t buy the data off it.

The plaintiff, Six4Three, is is one such company. In 2015, Facebook, which had till then been providing unrestricted access to Facebook user data to developers through an application linkage interface, began to gradually close off developers’ access to this data because of privacy complaints from its users.

UK lawmakers have made public documents seized from Six4Three that show that privacy was not the reason Facebook shut down this linkage interface, and that it was using users’ data as leverage to pressure businesses to buy advertising on its platform or lose access to the data. An e-mail exchange, a Facebook employee also seems to have remarked to colleagues that removing access to the linkage interface for everyone could appear to be “an indirect way to drive” advertisements.

The company had a difficult start to the year with the Cambridge Analytica scandal breaking, the new allegations pose a worse headache for the social media claims. If they are true, they belie its claims that it doesn’t trade users data without their consent. Many would argue that Facebook, etc., mining users’ data improves the experience for the latter, and that, given the social media remains a free service for users, user data being monetised for revenue generation shouldn’t be seen as a breach of confidence.

Facebook purportedly prioritising some app-developers over others had a direct bearing on users. Apart from that being anti-competitive in principle, the fact that it undermined competition among app-developers that could have benefited users is something that the company must contend with.
